| Composite Range Calculator |
| The composite range calculator is an Excel spread sheet that provides the calculations to
yield an ATTENUATION SETTING for a desired EBNO for a satellite simulator
(SATSIM). The setting is approximate since there are many factors that can affect the
actual path loss and some approximations in the calculations to make the sheet easier to
use. Macros must be enabled in Excel since the sheet utilizes Visual Basic addins. |
