Request Returned Material Authorization (RMA)

Should your Tampa Microwave product require repair, please contact our RMA coordinator Debbie Potchik at Phone Number:  (813) 855 2251 X158.  An RMA number must be assigned to your product prior to shipment of the equipment back to Tampa Microwave for service. If the failure pertains to a Satellite Terminal, please use our Manpack Help Desk ((813) 992 9096) first to speak with a customer service engineer prior to requesting an RMA number.
